Welcome to The WIT. designs. By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products listed on it. By accessing our site or ordering from us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Products & Personalised Items
We aim to display all product details accurately, including colours, sizes and designs. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or the handmade nature of certain items.
Personalised items are made specifically for you and may include names, photos, dates or custom messages. Please ensure all spelling, wording and design details are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.
3. Orders & Payment
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, not that it is accepted. Order placed on Saturdays and Sundays may only be processed the following Monday.
All payments must be made in full before an order is processed. We accept approved online payment methods as listed at checkout.
4. Processing & Turnaround Time
All Shop now products is ready to be courier and takes 3-5 days depending on the amount order.
Processing times vary, depending on product type. Estimated timeframes are usually between 4-21 business days depending on the order amount and if we have the product in stock and enough thereof. Personalised items may require extra production time as well as handmade items as we are a “one man” business but we promise that each product is made with much love and we strive for perfection. We will never send out products that are not 100% well crafted. If orders are rushed it is difficult to maintain that standard.
However if there is any problem please do not hesitate to contact us personally to resolve your issue.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times are guidelines and may vary due to couriers, location, seasonal demand or unforeseen delays.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and parcel weight/size.
***PLEASE NOTE***
We are not responsible for delayed or lost parcels due to incorrect delivery details provided by the customer. Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address and that you are able to receive your parcel. If you experience any difficulty, please contact us immediately.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Personalised or custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded, unless defective or incorrect due to our error. Please contact us if any problems do occur.
Pre-made products or “ready-to-sell” products may be returned within 7 days with reasonable cause. Please contact us so that we can resolve any difficulty you may be experience. Our clients are important to us.
If products arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 12 hours with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund where applicable.
7. Cancellations
Once production has started, personalised products can not be cancelled.
8. Pricing & Availability
Prices may change without notice. If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.
Prices are subject to change due to suppliers from time to time.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, photos, artwork, text and content on this website are the property of The WIT. designs and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without permission.
Due to a large community where sublimation is over crowded in the market, there may be designs that is similar to other designs sold online. These designs are not copied but altered due to products trending at the specific time. If you are experiencing any conflict interest, please contact us to resolve the matter.
10. Privacy
We respect your privacy and protect your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how your data is used and stored.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
